In the document: Procedura certyfikacji tryb zwykły (recertyfikacja – p.5) and file an application (wniosek) along with relevant documents. The cost of recertification is 6 times the annual member subscription payment, i.e. PLN 720.
Failure to submit applications within the specified period will result in the loss of validity of the Psychotherapist Certificate.
